Job Description:
• Only Day Shift Job, Weekly Five Day Working
• Should be all cleared, Standing arrears are not eligible
• Any Graduate, B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc – 2017 / 2018 Passed out
• Looking for Immediate Joinee
• Carrying End to End SCM operations in an assured Quality
• Purchase Requisition orders to be processed received from sales team which is procured from vendor particularly to that customer.
• Responsible for undertaking continuous process improvement activities /projects
• Ensure smooth followup of sales orders & helps in getting payment confirmation from customers.
• Keep on contacting Product Group & Sales in terms of getting new product updates from Customer.
• Responsible for products that to be return back to the vendor.
• Replenishment of products in customer portal and punch purchase orders accordingly.
• Creating new Part numbers in Master Data Management & extending it to required plant.
• Creation of purchase orders in SAP with product description .
• Once PO is punched in SAP the details will be updated in vendor portals.
• Punching purchase orders for transfer of products from one warehouse to other warehouse
• Updating in order to identify where the shipment to be reached
• Updating of deal order no in PO to identify the purchase order belongs to vendor’s deal order
• Escalation forms to be raised to vendor if there is price difference in PO value & Invoice value.
• Punching intercompany purchase orders for transfer of products from one warehouse to other warehouse .
• Tracking of shipment from vendor warehouse .
