• Estimating and delivering high quality reconciliations
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Mentor and train high quality offshore development team
• Follow and Stream line development and release process
• Responsible for day to day build activity and deliverables
• Reduce and fix the user query
• BRD analysis, development, Regression, UAT testing and post production issue support
• Be a good team player and mentor offshore team as regards to best practices
• Associate should have experience in Oracle SQLs, UNIX
• Exposure to UNIX shell scripts is an added advantage
• Exposure to any one reconciliation tool like TLM, intellimatch is must
• Having exposure to BFSI domain and coding for product development around that BFSI domain is an added advantage
• Possesses fair amount of business acumen and financial business knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English written and verbal language skills
• Candidates must be ready to work on CITI in-built tools like QRK, DMW & recon portal
• Candidates should be open to learn recon tools like TLM & intellimatch
• Candidates should have minimum of nine years of industrial experience
• Candidates should provide process improvement ideas, automation ideas and strive the team towards it.

  Qualifications

• Candidate should manage pool of Recon developers and Leads (employees and Consultants) and ensuring the high quality timely delivery of reconciliations
• Candidate should be responsible for reporting to both business and technology senior management
• Candidate should involve in people and delivery management and ensure matured process model defined for development and maintenance of reconciliations
• Candidate should clearly understand the estimation and SDLC process
• Candidate should possess very good knowledge on SQLs, UNIX
• Candidate will be trained in in-built tools like DMW, QRK & Reconportal
• Candidate will work with various stake holders to deliver high class reconciliations
• Candidate should interact with various build team for fixing BAU/production issues, requirement gathering for code improvement
• BRD verification, sign off, development estimation and UAT coordination with users
• Candidate should be able to design and help shape the delivery
• Should be hands on with technology and should have experience in developing
• Development estimation and UAT coordination with users is the must
• Need to work with stakeholders and keep them updated on developments, estimation, delivery and issues
• Running calls, coordinating between offshore and onsite developers and users
• Well versed in estimation processes, SDLC process is the must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills a must.
