Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring Backups & restores as per the client Requirement.
- Troubleshooting Backup/Restore and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting the roll-out of new updates & hotfixes.
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Working continuously on a task until completion.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
Desired Profile:
- Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor.
- Adaptability / Flexibility.
- Ownership and initiative.
Other Details:
