Job Role :Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility :Any Graduate

Experience :0 - 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring Backups & restores as per the client Requirement.
  • Troubleshooting Backup/Restore and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new updates & hotfixes.
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion.
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.

Desired Profile:

  • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility.
  • Ownership and initiative.

Other Details:

Aadhaar Card is mandatory for interview.
