• Any Graduation (Backlogs accepted)
• Strong Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Technical Support
• Shift: Rotational
• Week off: 2 days
• Salary : 15,500 k+ Incentive

Job Description:

• Support – troubleshooting of technical related problems
• Analyzes problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at permanent solutions.
• Take ownership of user problems and follow up for fast resolution on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
