Qualification:
- Exposure in Analytics and / or software testing tools will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Qualification: Engineering, Analytics
- Good proficiency in English
- Computer proficiency – Basic skills to work on MS office.
- Good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with product team to improve the solution by analyzing the product usage.
- Data analysis using analytical tools.
- Development of use cases and supporting user stories
- To collaborate with operational team to improve the product
- Ensure production issues are being tracked and raised to respective teams
