Job Description :
- Ensure L1 of Support via Phone, Email, Chat and remote assistance for Enterprise customers
- Meet the SLA requirements and the internal procedural workflow
- Perform virtual environment analysis and information gathering on client infrastructure for deploying Enterprise solutions.
- Initiate, manage and document reports.
- Timely and accurate reporting on status for assigned tasks
- Windows Desktop 7/8 or 10 Advanced Administration; Linux and MacOS experience is a plus
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking concepts and protocols
- Knowledge of deploying MS Office suite and Google apps is an advantage
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
