Support Analyst ->> Assists in maintaining and supporting
applications and their operating environments. Fields calls and
addresses technical problems. Records, documents, and resolves basic
software application problems as necessary. Follows up and provides
feedback to internal/external customers and management. Assists in
day-to-day Help Desk functions. Tests changes to applications and their
operating environment. Ensures technology management policies are
adhered to. Logs and updates all production issues as per department
policy. Updates contingency documentation. Contributes to the
achievement of team objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or
a related discipline or equivalent work experience required. 0-1 years
of experience required, related internship experience is a plus.
