• Graduation / Post Graduation from reputed Institutions / Universities with no pending arrears.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of IT Concepts
• Ability to think innovative and apply / Implement new concepts to achieve organizational goals
• Ability to understand the client's requirement, source, screen and support with the right candidates / Consultants within the given timeframe
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST)
• Good Understanding / Knowledge of End - End Recruitment life cycle is a plus
• Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
