Responsibilities:
- Should confidently communicate with our global customers acquiring information.
- To achieve the set KPIs and team targets.
- To ensure that all call documentation is done accurately to achieve the desired quality standards.
- To ensure that you always aim to exceed set targets on projects converting as many dials into completes.
- Understand and work towards the organisations business objectives.
- Willing to work in a team and be a strong team player.
- The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated having high energy levels with the ability to think on your feet and be creative and dynamic.
- Ability to research through web and obtain necessary information.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication and listening skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge (preferably in MS Office).
- Intermediate typing and web research skills.
- Comprehension ability.
