Qualification: BE [Computer Science] OR IT/BCA/B.Sc. [Computer Science]

Required Skills:

• Strong Analytical and Data Accuracy Skills.
• Working Knowledge of any content management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of basic HTML Coding.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the ticketing system and resolve the tickets within the standard SLAs.
• Doing impact analysis of change requests before implementation and unit testing post implementation.
• Maintain excellent data accuracy on daily tasks.
• Communicate timelines and status of tickets / changes requests with various internal teams.
• Highlight process improvement opportunities within the scope of the task assigned to the candidate.
