Soft Suave Technologies walk-in for HR Executive

Eligibility : Any Graduate (Only for female candidates)

Job Description:

• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.
• Conduct basic telephonic Interview and Face- Face interview with the candidates for discussing the job openings and Job descriptions.
• Scheduling Interview of the candidates with the respective Managers. 
• New Joiners Induction program. (Take Induction sessions on Company policies & refresher sessions for the organization.)
• Manage timely closure of job opening and background check for new joiners.
• Employee Engagement activities. (Celebrations - Diwali, Birthday Parties, etc.. and other company events).
• Maintain existing and introducing new HR policies in accordance with changing circumstances.
• Grievance Handling.
• To handle the annual performance appraisal process.
• Coordination in the payroll process.
• Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within the organization.
• Attrition and Retention Management, Manage Separations and Exit formalities.
• Conducting Campus Recruitment.

Required Skills:

Only female candidates can apply with pleasing personality and excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
0-1 years of experience in recruitment is preferred.
Must be an immediate joiner or with a minimum notice period of 15 days.
